There is no parking fee, but parking spaces can be limited during peak tourist seasons.
Public Transportation
To reach Külső-tó using public transportation, take a train to Balatonfüred and then transfer to a local bus heading towards Tihany. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to Külső-tó. Ensure you check the local bus schedules as they may vary, especially on weekends. The bus fare is approximately 400 HUF (about 1.20 EUR). Once you arrive at Tihany, follow the signs to Külső-tó, which should be a short walk from the bus stop.
