You will see the stars on the pavement commemorating various celebrities. This walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can use the Budapest Metro. From Andrassy Avenue, locate the nearest metro station, which is likely to be 'Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út' on Line 1 (yellow line).
