Walking
From the center of Vác, head towards the Váci Market Hall located at Kossuth Lajos utca. Once you reach the market, exit onto Kossuth Lajos utca and walk straight until you reach the Váci Bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will find signs pointing towards public transport stations. Take the train from Vác railway station to Budapest. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes.
Train
At the Vác railway station, purchase a ticket to Budapest. Board the train heading towards Budapest Nyugati Pályaudvar. Once you arrive at Nyugati station, exit the station and turn right onto Teréz körút. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Nagymező utca, where you will find the notable street you are looking for.
Bus
From Vác, take a bus from the Váci bus station that is heading towards Budapest. Make sure to check the bus schedule as buses may not run frequently. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Budapest, follow the signs to the nearest metro station. Take the metro to the M2 line towards Déli Pályaudvar and get off at the Opera station. From there, walk towards Nagymező utca, which is a short stroll away.
