If you are already in Gellért Hill, you can easily walk to the summit. From the Gellért Baths, head up the steps to the Gellért Hill path. Follow the path as it winds up the hill, taking in the beautiful views of the Danube River and the city along the way. The walk takes about 15-20 minutes and is mostly uphill. The path is well-marked and there are several resting spots to enjoy the scenery.

If you are further away in Budapest, take Tram 19 or 41 towards the Gellért Hill stop. The fare is approximately 350 HUF (about 1 EUR) for a single journey, which you can purchase at ticket machines or kiosks at the tram station. Once you get off at Gellért Hill, walk towards the Gellért Baths and then follow the same walking path mentioned above to reach the summit.

Funicular
For a unique experience, you can take the funicular from the Buda side near the Chain Bridge. The funicular ride costs around 1,200 HUF (about 3.5 EUR) for a round trip. Once at the top, follow the paths leading you to the scenic lookout points and historical sites on Gellért Hill.
