If you are starting from Deák Ferenc tér, take Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) towards Vörösmarty tér. After three stops, get off at Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út. From there, transfer to tram line 4 or 6 and travel towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at the Széll Kálmán tér stop. From Széll Kálmán tér, you can take bus 5 or 178 towards the direction of Margit híd, Budai hídfő and get off at the Színház utca stop. The Carmelite Monastery is just a short walk down Színház u. 5-7.

If you are near Buda Castle, you can walk to the Carmelite Monastery. Start at the main entrance of Buda Castle and head towards the Fisherman’s Bastion. From there, walk down the hill towards the street called Színház utca. Follow Színház utca down for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Carmelite Monastery located at Színház u. 5-7.

From the central area of Budapest, you can take bus number 16 from the Deák Ferenc tér bus stop. This bus will take you directly to the Buda side. Get off at the 'Civitas Fidelissima' stop, then walk back on the same street towards the left to Színház utca. The Carmelite Monastery is located at Színház u. 5-7, approximately a 5-minute walk.

From the main area in Pest, head to the tram stop at Kossuth Lajos tér. Take tram number 2 towards Jászai Mari tér. Get off at the stop called 'Margit híd, budai hídfő.' From there, you can walk along the river towards the Buda Castle area. Follow the signs toward Színház utca, and the Carmelite Monastery will be located about 10 minutes from the tram stop at Színház u. 5-7.
