Getting There

Public Transport
To reach the George Washington Statue located in District XIV, you can take the Metro Line 1 (yellow line) to 'Vörösmarty utca' station. From there, exit the station and walk towards 'Andrássy út' street. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with 'Váci út'. Turn left onto 'Váci út' and walk for another 5 minutes. The statue is located in a small park area on the right side, easily identifiable by its prominent location.

If you prefer to take the tram, you can board Tram 1 at 'Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út' station. Ride the tram towards 'Közvágóhíd' for 5 stops until you reach 'Móricz Zsigmond körtér'. Transfer to Tram 19 and continue towards 'Mester utca'. Get off at 'Szent István park' stop. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes towards 'Váci út', and you will find the George Washington Statue in the nearby park.
