Metro
Take the M2 (red line) metro from any station in Budapest towards Déli pályaudvar. Get off at the 'Deák Ferenc tér' station. Transfer to the M3 (blue line) metro towards Újpest-Központ. After one stop, get off at 'Kálvin tér' and transfer to the M4 (green line) towards Keleti pályaudvar. Get off at 'Fővám tér' and walk north along the riverbank. Cross the Széchenyi Chain Bridge and continue straight until you reach Széchenyi István tér (Stephen Széchenyi Square).
Tram
Find the nearest tram station and take tram number 2 (which travels along the Pest side of the Danube). Get off at the 'Kossuth Lajos tér' stop. From there, walk towards the Danube River and head south along the riverbank for about 10 minutes until you reach Széchenyi István tér.
Bus
Take bus number 105 from any bus stop in Budapest towards the 'Kossuth Lajos tér' stop. Upon arrival, walk towards the river, then head south along the Danube for approximately 7 minutes until you arrive at Széchenyi István tér.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of the Danube River, simply walk towards Széchenyi István tér. Look for signs directing you towards the Chain Bridge (Széchenyi Lánchíd). Once you reach the bridge, cross it, and the square will be right in front of you.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, bike along the Danube promenade. Follow the bike path until you reach Széchenyi István tér. The path is well-marked and offers beautiful views of the river and the surrounding architecture.
