Metro
If you are near Deák Ferenc Tér station, take the M1 (yellow line) metro towards Vörösmarty Tér. Get off at the 3rd stop, which is Ferenciek Tere. From the station, exit and walk straight until you reach Kossuth Lajos utca, then turn left. Continue walking straight, and you will reach Vértanúk tere in about 10 minutes.
Tram
Take tram number 2 from any stop along the Danube River. If you are near the Parliament, board the tram and ride it towards Jászai Mari tér. Get off at the stop named Kossuth Lajos tér. From there, walk straight towards the street called Kossuth Lajos utca, turn right and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Vértanúk tere.
Bus
Look for bus number 9, which runs through District V. Get on the bus at any nearby stop. Travel towards the direction of the 'Kálvin Tér' stop. Once you reach Kálvin Tér, transfer to tram number 4 or 6 and get off at the stop called 'Kossuth Lajos tér'. Walk along Kossuth Lajos utca, turn right, and you will arrive at Vértanúk tere in about 5 minutes.
Walking
If you are staying in the vicinity of the Danube River, you can walk to Vértanúk tere. Head towards the Chain Bridge (Lánchíd) and cross it. Once you are on the Buda side, continue straight until you reach the first major intersection, then turn left onto Kossuth Lajos utca. Keep walking straight for about 15 minutes, and you will find Vértanúk tere on your right.
