Take the M1 Metro line (the Yellow Line) towards Mexikói út. If you are coming from the city center, board at the Deák Ferenc tér station and travel to the Hősök tere station. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Hősök tere station, follow the signs to Heroes' Square, which is just a short walk away from the metro exit.

You can also reach Heroes' Square via several bus lines. Buses 20, 30, 30A, 105, and 178 stop at the Hősök tere. Check the local bus schedules for exact times. Once you disembark at Hősök tere, you will find yourself directly at Heroes' Square.
Public Transportation (Tram)
Trams 4 and 6 run frequently and can take you close to Heroes' Square. Get off at the 'Hősök tere' stop. From the tram stop, you can easily walk to the square. Make sure to validate your ticket before boarding the tram to avoid fines.
