If you are in the center of Eger, start at the Eger Castle, a well-known landmark. From the castle, head south down Kossuth Lajos utca. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer, passing through the main shopping area. You will see various shops and cafes along the way. After approximately 12 minutes of walking, you will reach Kossuth Lajos u. 26. Buttler-ház is located on your left side, easily recognizable by its historical architecture.

From the Eger Main Square, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is the 'Kossuth Lajos utca' stop. Take bus number 2, which heads towards the Eger Castle area. After 2 stops, get off at the 'Kossuth Lajos utca' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk; head southeast along Kossuth Lajos utca for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Buttler-ház at Kossuth Lajos u. 26.
