From the center of Eger, head to the Eger bus station, which is located at 25 Széchenyi István Street. Look for buses heading towards Egerszalók. The ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Egerszalók, disembark at the closest stop to Sódomb, and you will find the attraction within a short walking distance.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start at the Eger Castle, which is a known landmark. From the castle, head southeast on Kossuth Lajos Street towards the intersection with Széchenyi Street. Continue onto Rákóczi Ferenc Street, walk straight until you reach the junction with Egerszalók road. Follow the signs for Egerszalók, walking along the road for about 4 kilometers until you reach Sódomb. The walk should take around 50 minutes.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Eger to Sódomb. Simply ask your hotel or a local to call a taxi for you, or use a ride-hailing app if available. The journey should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to mention your destination as 'Sódomb, Egerszalók' to the driver.
