Car
If you are driving from Mátra, head towards Budapest on the M3 motorway. Take the exit towards Route 11 and continue onto the Bécsi út (Route 11) towards Budapest city center. Follow the signs for the District XII. After approximately 30 km, keep right to stay on Bécsi út, which will lead you to Jánoshegyi út. Continue on Jánoshegyi út for about 5 km until you reach Normafa Park, located on your right. Parking is available near the park entrance; please note that parking fees may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Normafa Park via public transportation, start from Mátra by taking a bus or train to Budapest. Once in Budapest, navigate to the Déli Pályaudvar (Southern Railway Station). From there, take tram line 61 towards Kelenföld, and get off at the last stop. Then transfer to bus 21, which will take you directly to Normafa Park. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the latest departure times. A single ticket costs around 350 HUF (Hungarian Forint).
