  • Car

    If you are driving from Nyírség, take Route 4 towards Budapest. Follow the signs for the M3 motorway and merge onto it. Continue on the M3 until you reach the outskirts of Budapest. Take the exit toward Üllői út and follow it until you reach the Museum of Applied Arts at Üllői út 33-37. Parking may be available nearby, but be aware that there may be parking fees.

    From Nyírség, take a train from Nyíregyháza railway station to Budapest Keleti station. The journey typically takes around 2 hours. Upon arrival at Budapest Keleti, transfer to the Metro Line 2 (Red Line) and travel towards Déli Pályaudvar. Get off at the Blaha Lujza tér station. From there, you can either walk to the museum (approximately 20 minutes) or take a short tram ride on Tram 4/6 towards Móricz Zsigmond körtér and get off at the Rákóczi tér stop. The museum will be a short walk from there.
