Getting There

Bus
From the center of Tatabanya, head to the bus station located at Széchenyi tér. Take bus number 13, which goes towards Budapest. Make sure to get off at the stop named 'Budaörsi út', which is the nearest stop to the Árpád lookout. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes. Head northeast on Budaörsi út, then turn right onto Móricz Zsigmond körtér and continue until you reach Glück Frigyes út. The lookout will be on your right.

Start at the Tatabanya train station. Take a train towards Budapest, and get off at the Nyugati Pályaudvar station. From there, transfer to metro line 3 (the blue line) and travel to the Deák Ferenc tér station. At Deák Ferenc tér, switch to metro line 2 (the red line) and head to the Széll Kálmán tér station. Exit the station and walk up to the Árpád lookout, which is about a 20-minute walk from the station. Follow the signs towards the hills, and you will find Glück Frigyes út leading to the lookout.

It's about a 40-minute walk, so wear comfortable shoes.
