    Public Transport - Bus

    To reach Flippermúzeum located at Radnóti Miklós u. 18 in Budapest from Tatabánya, head to the Tatabánya bus station. Take the bus number 720 towards Budapest. The journey will take about 30–40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Budapest bus station, exit the station and walk to the nearest metro station, which is Nyugati pályaudvar (Western Railway Station). From Nyugati, take the M3 metro line (blue line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. After three stops, get off at the Árpád híd station. Exit the station and walk towards Radnóti Miklós utca. The museum is about a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

    Public Transport - Train

    Start your journey at Tatabánya train station. Board a train heading towards Budapest, which is usually marked as 'Budapest Nyugati.' The train ride will take approximately 40-50 minutes. When you arrive at Budapest Nyugati station, follow the signs to exit the station. Once outside, walk towards the nearest metro station, which is Nyugati pályaudvar (Western Railway Station). From there, take the M3 metro line (blue line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. After three stops, get off at Árpád híd station. Exit the station, head towards Radnóti Miklós utca, and walk approximately 10 minutes to reach Flippermúzeum.

    Walking

    If you find yourself in central Tatabánya and prefer walking, head to the main street, Fő tér. From there, walk towards the bus station. Once at the bus station, follow the instructions for the bus or train as mentioned above. Walking directly to Budapest is not recommended due to the distance (approximately 60 km), but using public transport is efficient.
