From Tatabánya train station, take a train towards Budapest. Trains run frequently, so check the schedule upon arrival. After approximately 1 hour, get off at Budapest Déli Pályaudvar (Southern Railway Station). Exit the station and head to the bus stop outside. Take bus number 16 or 16A towards 'Moszkva tér'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Ybl Miklós tér'. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to Ybl Miklós tér 2-6, where Várkert Bazár is located.
