Public Transport - Train
From Tatabanya train station, take a direct train to Budapest Nyugati station. Trains run frequently, so check the schedule for the next departure. Once you arrive at Nyugati station, exit the station and head towards the metro line M3 (blue line). Take the metro towards Kőbánya-Kispest and get off at Deák Ferenc tér. At Deák Ferenc tér, transfer to the metro line M2 (red line) towards Déli pályaudvar and get off at the second stop, which is Széll Kálmán tér. From there, you can take bus number 16 or 16A, which will take you directly to the Turul statue in District I.
