From the center of Vác, head to the Váci Római Katolikus Plébánia (the Roman Catholic Church) located on the main square. From there, walk straight down the main street (Kossuth Lajos utca) until you reach the bus station. This should take about 10-15 minutes. Once at the bus station, look for buses heading to Budapest. You will need to take a bus to Budapest, which usually leaves every 30 minutes. The ride to Budapest will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

After arriving in Budapest at the bus terminal (the closest is Népliget), you will need to transfer to the metro. From the bus terminal, follow the signs to the metro station and take Metro Line 3 (the blue line) towards Újpest-Központ. Alight at the 'Dózsa György út' station. From there, exit the station and walk along Dózsa György út towards the Radnóti Miklós utca. Flippermúzeum is located at Radnóti Miklós u. 18, which should be a short 5-7 minute walk from the metro station.
