Train
From the center of Vác, head to the Vác train station, which is located on Zrínyi Miklós utca. Follow the signs to the station, and purchase a ticket to Budapest. The train ride to Budapest takes approximately 25-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Nyugati pályaudvar (Nyugati Railway Station) in Budapest, exit the station and head towards the tram stop outside.

At the Nyugati pályaudvar tram stop, take tram number 4 or 6 in the direction of Széll Kálmán tér. Ride for a few stops until you reach the 'Erzsébet tér' stop. Exit the tram and walk towards the Ferris Wheel, which is located in Erzsébet tér. It is a short walk from the tram stop, and you will see the Ferris Wheel prominently in the square.

Alternatively, from the Vác train station, you can take a bus to Budapest. Look for bus number 100E, which provides direct service to the city center. Make sure you have a ticket before boarding. The bus will take you to Deák Ferenc tér, where you can transfer to tram number 2. Take tram number 2 towards Jászai Mari tér and get off at 'Erzsébet tér' stop. Follow the signs to the Ferris Wheel in the square.
