    Getting There

    Walking

    From the center of Vác, head south on Kossuth Lajos utca towards the Danube River. Once you reach the riverbank, turn left and follow the path along the river. Continue walking until you reach the Váci Bridge (Váci híd). Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself in Budapest. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the first major intersection. Take a right onto Mészáros utca and follow it until you come to the Bécsikapu tér, which is a square in District I.

    Public Transport

    From Vác, you can take a train from the Vác train station to Budapest Nyugati station. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 25-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Nyugati station, exit the station and walk to the nearby tram stop. Take tram 4 or 6 and ride it towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at the Széll Kálmán tér stop, then transfer to bus 16 or 16A. Ride the bus to the Bécsikapu tér stop. You will be right at the square.
