Train
From Vac train station, take a train towards Budapest. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at Budapest Déli railway station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk towards the street. You can follow the signs or use Google Maps to navigate.
Public Transport (Bus & Tram)
After arriving at Budapest Déli railway station, you can take tram number 61 from the station. Board the tram in the direction of 'Moszkva tér' and get off at the 'Széll Kálmán tér' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 16 towards 'Deák Ferenc tér' and get off at the 'Bécsi kapu tér' stop. You will find yourself near the entrance to the Castle District.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Széll Kálmán tér, it is about a 20-minute walk to the Castle District. Head East towards the Bécsi kapu (Vienna Gate) and follow the signs leading up to the Castle District. The walk is uphill but offers beautiful views of the city.
