    From the center of Vác, head towards the Váci Duna part by walking to the southern bank of the Danube River. Once you reach the riverbank, follow the river eastward until you reach the Váci train station. From there, take a train to Budapest, which usually departs every 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Budapest Nyugati Railway Station, exit the station and take the metro line M3 (the blue line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Get off at the Deák Ferenc tér station, and transfer to the M2 (the red line) towards Déli pályaudvar. Get off at the Déli pályaudvar station. From there, follow the signs leading to the Castle District and Hunyadi János lépcső.

    Public Transport

    Start at the Váci train station and take a train to Budapest. Upon arrival at Budapest Nyugati Railway Station, follow signs to the metro. Take the M3 line (blue) to Deák Ferenc tér, then transfer to the M2 line (red) towards Déli pályaudvar. Get off at Déli pályaudvar and follow the signs to the Castle District. Hunyadi János lépcső is a short walk from there, located near the Buda Castle area.
