If you are not close to Kossuth Lajos utca, you can use local buses. Check the nearest bus stop and take bus number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Kossuth Lajos utca' stop. From there, walk towards Kossuth Lajos u. 4, which is just a short 3-minute walk from the bus stop, heading in the direction of the Veszprém Cathedral.
