Getting There

• Public Transport

  From Zalaegerszeg city center, take bus number 1 from the main bus station (Zalaegerszeg Autóbusz-állomás) towards the Zalaegerszeg-Kertváros stop. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Zalaegerszeg-Kertváros, transfer to bus number 4 towards Dobrovnik. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Dobrovnik stop. From there, Adventure Park Lake Bukovniško is a short 15-minute walk. Head south on Dobrovnik street, then take a left onto a path that leads directly to the park.

• Walking

  If you are starting from a central location in Zalaegerszeg, you can walk to Adventure Park Lake Bukovniško. Head south on Kossuth Lajos street, follow it until you reach the intersection with Rákóczi Ferenc street. Continue straight until you reach the Zala river. Turn right at the riverbank and follow the path along the river. After about 2 kilometers, you will see signs for Dobrovnik. Continue walking along the river until you reach the park entrance. This walk will take around 40-50 minutes.

• Taxi

  For a quicker option, consider taking a taxi from Zalaegerszeg. You can book a taxi via local services or rideshare apps. Provide the driver with the address: Dobrovnik 299, 9223 Dobrovnik, Slovenia. The journey should take about 30 minutes depending on traffic, and it will drop you off directly at the entrance of Adventure Park Lake Bukovniško.
