Depending on your starting point, this may mean taking local roads towards the nearest access point to the M3. Once on the M3, head southwest towards Budapest. After approximately 2 hours of driving, take the exit towards the city center (exit 16) and follow signs for Hősök tere. You will arrive at Heroes' Square, which is located at Hősök tere, 1146 Budapest. Parking is available at nearby facilities but may incur a fee.

To reach Heroes' Square via public transportation, first, find the nearest bus or train station in the Zemplen Mountains. Board a train heading towards Budapest, with the Budapest-Keleti railway station being a common arrival point.
