Walking
Start your journey at the Borgarnes town center. From the center, head south on Borgarbraut road, which is the main road through the town. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (the Ring Road). At this intersection, turn left onto Route 1. Walk along Route 1 for approximately 3 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views along the way. You will see the signs for Skolavorduholt. Keep an eye out for the marked walking trails leading off the main road. Follow the trail for another 500 meters, and you will arrive at Skolavorduholt.
Bicycle
If you are equipped with a bicycle, begin at the Borgarnes town square. Cycle south along Borgarbraut road for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the Route 1 intersection, make a left turn onto the Ring Road. Continue cycling on Route 1 for approximately 3 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you to Skolavorduholt. There are designated bike paths in some areas, making your ride more comfortable. Once you spot the trail leading to Skolavorduholt, follow it for 500 meters to reach your destination.
