Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the junction with Reykholt road (Route 1). Turn left onto Reykholt road. Continue for about 15 kilometers. Along the way, enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding countryside. Once you approach Reykholt, keep an eye out for the signs indicating Sturlureykir. The horse boarding stable is located on the right side of the road at Sturlureykir, 320 Reykholt.

    If you're renting a bicycle in Borgarnes, start by heading west towards the Borgarnes bridge. Cross the bridge, then take a left onto Route 1 (Reykholt road).
