Walking
From the center of Borgarnes, head east on the main road (Borgarbraut) towards Reykholt. Continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Reykholt along the way. Once you reach the intersection with Sturlureykir road, turn left. Follow Sturlureykir for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Sturlureykir Visiting Horse Farm on your left. Look for a large sign indicating the farm.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Borgarnes. Start from the town center and take Borgarbraut road heading east. Cycle for about 3 kilometers until you see the turn-off for Sturlureykir road. Turn left and continue cycling for another kilometer until you reach the Sturlureykir Visiting Horse Farm on your left.

Check if there are any local buses heading towards Reykholt. Board the bus from the main bus station in Borgarnes. Once you arrive at Reykholt, disembark at the nearest stop and follow the signs towards Sturlureykir. It is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the Sturlureykir Visiting Horse Farm.
