From the center of Borgarnes, head southeast on Borgarbraut towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus stop at Borgarnes. From there, you will need to take a bus to Reykjavík. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure time. After you arrive in Reykjavík, exit the bus at the Miðborg stop. Once you're off the bus, walk towards Barónsstígur street. Head southwest on Lækjargata, then turn left onto Barónsstígur. Sundhöllin will be located on your right at number 45a.
