Walking
Start at the center of Borgarnes, near the Borgarnes Information Center. Head southeast on Borgarbraut road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Aðalstræti. Turn left onto Aðalstræti and keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. The Settlement Exhibition will be on your right at Aðalstræti 16, 101 Reykjavík.
Bus
From the Borgarnes Bus Station, take bus number 57 towards Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Reykjavík Mjódd.' From there, transfer to bus number 1 towards Seltjarnarnes and get off at 'Hlemmur' stop. Walk southwest on Laugavegur street for about 10 minutes until you reach Aðalstræti. The Settlement Exhibition will be located at Aðalstræti 16, 101 Reykjavík.
