Walking
Start from the center of Borgarnes, specifically from the Borgarnes Swimming Pool. Walk south towards the main road, and take a right onto Borgarbraut. Continue walking along Borgarbraut as it leads you out of Borgarnes. After about 10-15 minutes, you will reach the bus stop for Reykjavík, where you can catch a bus to Reykjavík. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, head towards Hlemmur Square, which is a major public transport hub. From Hlemmur, take bus number 14 towards Vesturbær. Get off at the Vesturbæjarlaug stop. The swimming pool (Hofsvallagata, 107 Reykjavík) will be a short walk from the bus stop.

From the bus terminal in Borgarnes, board a bus heading to Reykjavík. The journey takes about an hour. Once you arrive at the Reykjavík bus terminal (BSÍ), exit the terminal and head to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 14 to the Vesturbæjarlaug stop. When you disembark, walk a short distance to Hofsvallagata 107, where you will find Vesturbæjarlaug.
