Kirkjufellsfoss beneath Kirkjufell was the highlight — a place so beautiful I built a small stone altar there, four stones, one wish each — and Michael had the history of every stop at his fingertips, which I loved. He kept the small group comfortable and the day perfectly paced. If you do one day tour out of Reykjavík, this peninsula is it, and Michael is the guide to do it with.
