Start at the center of Dalvik, near the Dalvik harbor. Head northwest on Aðalgata street towards the roundabout. Continue straight to the roundabout and take the first exit onto Hafnarbraut. Follow Hafnarbraut until you reach the end of the road. Continue onto the footpath that leads toward Hauganes. After about a 30-minute walk, you will arrive at Hauganes Camping Area, located at Hafnargata 2. Look for the signs that point to the camping area.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Dalvik and follow the same route as for walking. Head northwest on Aðalgata street and then to the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Hafnarbraut. This route is about 4 km long. Biking will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you reach Hauganes, look for the signs directing you to the camping area at Hafnargata 2.
