• Car

  If you are driving from Dynjandi Waterfall to Hundafoss, start by heading southeast on the road that leads away from the waterfall. Drive approximately 2 kilometers on Route 60 until you reach the junction with Route 66. Turn left onto Route 66, which will take you towards the scenic area of Hundafoss. After about 3 kilometers, look for a small parking area on your right where you can park your vehicle. From here, follow the clearly marked walking trail that leads you to Hundafoss, which is approximately a 1-kilometer walk.

  To reach Hundafoss using public transportation from Dynjandi Waterfall, you will need to first take a bus to the nearest town, Þingeyri. Check the local bus schedules as service may not be frequent. Once you arrive in Þingeyri, you can either take a taxi or arrange for a local shuttle service that can take you to Hundafoss.
