If you're traveling by car, head to Eskifjörður, which is the nearest town to Bleiksárfoss. From the center of Eskifjörður, take Fagrahlíð road (Road 92) heading southeast. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Road 1. At this point, turn left onto Road 1, and then take the first right onto Road 92 again. Follow Road 92 for about 4 kilometers until you see the sign for Bleiksárfoss. There is parking available near the waterfall. The total drive time is approximately 15 minutes.
