Follow the signs for Bakkagerði, and after around 20 kilometers, you will arrive at Borgarfjarðarhöfn. There is no toll or parking fee in this area.

If you are using public transportation, check the local bus timetables, as services may vary. The nearest bus station is in Egilsstaðir. From Egilsstaðir, take the bus toward Seyðisfjörður.
