From the center of Seydisfjordur, head east on the main road (Þjóðvegur 1) towards the direction of Egilsstaðir. As you walk, you will enjoy the scenic views of the fjord. Continue along this road for approximately 7 kilometers until you arrive in Bakkagerði.
