Getting there

Car

If you are driving from anywhere in Eastern Region, head towards Route 1 (the Ring Road) and continue towards Reykjavík. Depending on your starting point, you may need to take Route 92 or Route 93 to connect to Route 1. Once you reach Reykjavík, follow the signs for the city center. Exit Route 1 at the first exit towards 'Reykjavik' and stay on Sæbraut road. Continue on this road until you reach Fiskislóð, where FlyOver Iceland is located at Fiskislóð 43, 101 Reykjavík. There is usually parking available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a fee.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from your location in Eastern Region to Reykjavík. The main bus service is Strætó, which operates intercity routes. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Reykjavík (BSÍ), you can transfer to bus route 1 or 3 towards 'Hlemmur' or 'Sundhöllin'. Get off at the nearest stop to Fiskislóð and walk to Fiskislóð 43, which is about a 10-minute walk. It is advisable to check the Strætó website for the current schedules and fares, as prices may vary.
