Bus
From Egilsstaðir, head to the bus terminal located in the center of town. Look for the bus that is heading towards Seyðisfjörður; it usually departs several times a day. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Seyðisfjörður, get off at the main bus stop. From there, walk towards Bjólfsgata street, which is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. You will find Seyðisfjarðarkirkja located at Bjólfsgata 10.
Bike
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Egilsstaðir. Take the road towards Seyðisfjörður (Route 93), which is well-marked. The ride is approximately 16 kilometers and will take about an hour. Upon arriving in Seyðisfjörður, follow the main road until you reach Bjólfsgata. Seyðisfjarðarkirkja will be located at Bjólfsgata 10.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to experience the scenic route, you can walk to Seyðisfjörður. Start from the center of Egilsstaðir and follow Route 93. It is about a 16-kilometer walk, which can take around 4-5 hours, depending on your pace. Make sure to take breaks and enjoy the stunning views along the way. Once you arrive in Seyðisfjörður, find Bjólfsgata street to reach Seyðisfjarðarkirkja at number 10.
