Car
From the Þingvellir National Park, head southeast on Route 36. Continue on Route 36 until you reach Route 365, and turn right. Follow Route 365 until you reach Route 30, where you will turn left. After approximately 25 km, turn right onto Route 32. Follow Route 32 for another 30 km until you reach the small town of Þjórsárdalur. From there, look for signs indicating Háifoss and take the gravel road (F261) towards the waterfall. The last part of the journey involves a steep descent to the waterfall viewpoint, so be cautious as the road can be rough. Parking is available near the waterfall.
