    Walking

    Start from the center of Grindavik, walking towards the main road (Route 43) leading out of town. Head northeast and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 41. Turn left onto Route 41 and follow the signs towards Reykjavík. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the bus stop at Grindavik, where you can catch a bus heading to Reykjavík.

    From the center of Grindavik, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 43. Take the bus to the Reykjavík bus terminal. Once you arrive at the Reykjavík bus terminal, transfer to a local bus that goes towards the Vesturbær area. Get off at the stop nearest to AEgisgardur 5c, which is the location of Elding Whale Watching. It should take around 1 to 1.5 hours in total, depending on your wait times.

    Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Grindavik. Follow the same route as walking: head northeast towards Route 43, then turn left onto Route 41 towards Reykjavík. The distance is around 20 km, and it will take approximately 1 hour to reach the Elding Whale Watching office located at AEgisgardur 5c.
