Walking
From the center of Keflavik, head east on Hafnargata. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Reykjanesbraut (Road 41) heading towards Seltjarnarnes. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a bus stop. Board the bus number 15 heading towards Seltjarnarnes. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Grótta' bus stop. From there, walk north for about 500 meters along the path that leads directly to the Grótta, Norðurströnd Trail.

Public Transport (Bus)
Start at the main bus stop in Keflavik, located near the town square. Take bus number 55 towards Reykjavik. After about 25 minutes, transfer at the 'Borgarholtsvegur' bus stop to bus number 15 towards Seltjarnarnes. Ride for another 15 minutes and disembark at the 'Grótta' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk north for about 500 meters to reach Grótta, Norðurströnd Trail.
