From the center of Grindavik, start by heading northwest on Aðalgata street towards Þjóðvegur 41. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Þjóðvegur 41. Turn left onto Þjóðvegur 41 and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will notice the bus stop on your right; wait for Bus 55 towards Reykjavík. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and it will take you directly to the Miðborg area of Reykjavík. Once you arrive, walk towards Hljómskálagarðurinn, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Head east on Lækjargata and continue straight until you reach the park.

From Grindavik, make your way to the nearest bus stop located on Aðalgata street. Board Bus 55 towards Reykjavík. The bus will take you directly to the capital's central area. Upon arrival in Reykjavík, disembark at the Hlemmur bus station. From there, walk south on Laugavegur street for about 1 kilometer. After you reach the end of Laugavegur, turn left onto Hverfisgata and walk until you find the entrance to Hljómskálagarðurinn.
