From the center of Grindavik, head towards the main road, Suðurnesvegur (Route 43). Walk north on Suðurnesvegur for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road to Reykjavík (Route 41). Continue walking along Route 41 for approximately 20 kilometers. The path will take you through beautiful landscapes and a few small hills. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach, which is located in Reykjavík. Once you arrive at the beach area, follow the signs leading to the beach entrance, and enjoy your visit!

From the bus stop in the center of Grindavik, board the Strætó bus number 55 towards Reykjavík. The bus will take you directly to the capital city. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Reykjavik - Hlemmur'. From there, transfer to bus number 14 towards 'Nauthólsvík'. This bus will take you directly to the beach area. After about 15 minutes on bus 14, alight at 'Nauthólsvík'. Follow the signs to the geothermal beach entrance, and enjoy your time there!
