Walking
From the center of Grindavik, head southeast on Suðurstrandarvegur (Route 43) toward the bus stop. Follow this road until you reach the bus stop at the intersection with Reykjanesbraut (Route 41). Take the bus 55 toward Reykjavík. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Hlemmur' bus stop in Reykjavík. From the bus stop, walk northeast along Laugavegur street for about 10 minutes until you reach Tryggvagata. Turn left onto Tryggvagata and walk for about 5 minutes to arrive at Volcano House at Tryggvagata 11.
Public Transport
Start at the main bus station in Grindavik. Board the bus 55 towards Reykjavík. The trip will take approximately 30 minutes. Alight at the 'Hlemmur' stop. From there, walk northeast on Laugavegur for 10 minutes, then turn left onto Tryggvagata. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will see Volcano House located at Tryggvagata 11.
