From Hafnarfjordur, head to the nearest bus stop, such as 'Hafnarfjörður Sæbólsvegur'. Take Bus #1 towards 'Reykjavik'. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at 'Laugardalslaug' stop. Walk towards Sundlaugavegur 105, and you will find Laugardalslaug on your right.
