From the Hengifoss Waterfall parking area, head back to Route 1 (the Ring Road) and turn south. Drive approximately 40 km until you reach the town of Djúpivogur. Once in Djúpivogur, follow the signs towards Múlafoss Waterfall, which is located just a few kilometers outside of town. Look for the marked parking area near the waterfall. Please note that there are no entrance fees to access Múlafoss Waterfall.

Public Transportation
From Hengifoss Waterfall, return to the nearest bus stop and take a bus heading towards Djúpivogur. The bus service may not be frequent, so check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive in Djúpivogur, you will need to walk approximately 3 km to reach Múlafoss Waterfall. Follow the signs leading out of town; the path will lead you directly to the waterfall. Ensure you have a map or GPS, as the walk may not be well-marked.
