From the center of Húsavík, head towards the harbor area. Walk along the main road (Þingvallastræti) towards the north. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Turn left onto the road leading to Tjörnes. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, keeping an eye out for signposts that indicate Tjörnes. The walking path may not be paved, so be prepared for a natural terrain.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Húsavík. Start your journey by cycling along Þingvallastræti towards the harbor. Continue north for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left onto the road that leads to Tjörnes. This road is about 2 kilometers long. Please be cautious of traffic while cycling, as some parts may have limited bike lanes.
