Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Hveragerdi. Get onto Route 1 (the Ring Road) heading towards Reykjavík. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Reykjavík and continue straight. Once you reach Reykjavík, follow the signs for Vesturbær. Turn onto Nýlendugata, and you will find the mural at Nýlendugata 27. There is usually ample parking available along the street.

To reach the mural via public transportation, take a bus from Hveragerdi to Reykjavík. The bus company Strætó operates services from Hveragerdi to Reykjavík. Get off at the 'Hlemmur' bus station in Reykjavík. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus to Nýlendugata. If walking, head west on Laugavegur and turn onto Nýlendugata. The mural is located at Nýlendugata 27, which is about a 20-minute walk from Hlemmur. Please check the Strætó website for the latest schedules and ticket prices.
