Car
If you are driving from the center of Hveragerði, head south on Aðalgata towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Þjóðvegur 1 (Ring Road) heading towards Selfoss. Continue for approximately 1.5 km until you see a sign for Geothermal Park on your right. Turn right onto the road leading to the park. Follow this road for about 500 meters until you reach the parking area. Note that parking may incur a small fee.

To reach Geothermal Park using public transport, start at the Hveragerði bus station (Hveragerði Strætó bus stop). Board a bus heading towards Selfoss. After about 10 minutes, request to stop at the nearest bus stop for Geothermal Park. From the bus stop, it is a 15-minute walk to the park entrance. Follow the signs that point towards the park, which is located just off the main road.

If you are already in the Hveragerði town center, you can easily reach Geothermal Park on foot. Start at the town center and head south on Aðalgata. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. From there, continue south on Þjóðvegur 1 for about 1 km. You will see the sign for Geothermal Park on your right. Turn onto the park's access road and follow it for about 500 meters until you arrive at the park entrance.
